Jenny Sinclair's Charity Page
Welcome to Jenny Sinclair's charity page.
On the right is the cover of Jenny's CD "Sweet Child Of Mine"
with a lovely picture of her son Mickey.
There are a number of charities that Jenny Sinclair enjoys supporting
with the help of CD sales from her song"Sweet Child of Mine". One of those special places is a learning centre for disabled children called Cerebral Palsy Care. Jenny attended the centre with her son Mickey when he was eleven months old. The centre is a wonderful place and it helps to teach children to learn to do things that most babies and young children do naturally, like holding up their heads, looking, listening, holding on, sitting, standing, walking and learning to participate. The children are then helped to transfer their skills into every day life and often achieve things that were once thought not possible. Jenny found that by going to the centre it gave her confidence and hope. The chance to learn how to help Mickey reach his full potential and the facility to meet other families, ending isolation. The centre relies totally on charity funding to keep it functioning and Jenny feels deeply honoured that she is able to be in a position to give something back to the place that helped her son Mickey to have a wonderful start in life. Cerebral Palsy Care is a charity based in Cliffe Woods Rochester providing Free specialist education for children under 5 with cerebral palsy or similar motor disorders. They serve the whole of Kent, if you think that they can be of any help to you please call Wendy Surita on 01634 220540 If you are a Charitable Organisation, or connected with Special Needs, in some way i.e a Respite Centre or Special Needs School etc. and are interested in using "Sweet Child of Mine" as a way of helping to raise funds for your cause, then please contact us - it would be a pleasure to help - |
